At Qwiqo, we aim to provide a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement as per the policy below.


1. Return Window

Most packaged hardware items are returnable within 4 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • In original condition

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • With all accessories, labels, and tags intact

Certain product categories may not be eligible for returns (cut-size items, custom orders, consumables, etc.). Eligibility will be mentioned on the product page.


2. Return Process

  1. Initiate a return request within 4 days of delivery.

  2. Our pickup team will collect the item from your address.

  3. Once the item reaches our store, it undergoes a quality check to verify:

    • Original condition

    • Unused state

    • No damage or wear

Refund or replacement processing will begin only after the item passes the quality check.


3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item at our store.

  • Delivery and pickup charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refunds typically take 2–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.


4. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement instead of a refund in cases such as:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing parts or damage in transit

Replacements are provided based on stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.


5. Return Rejection Criteria

Your return may be rejected if:

  • The item is used or damaged

  • The packaging is missing or altered

  • Accessories/parts are missing

  • The return request is raised after 4 days

  • The item is non-returnable as per its category

Rejected returns will be sent back to the customer.
